With a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) Law School (1989), he previously worked in the legal departments of Banco Garantia S.A. (1989-1993) and Banco Modal S.A. (1995-1996), as well as for the firm Castro, Barros, Sobral Gomes as an associate lawyer (1993-1995) and partner (1996-2008). He practices in the areas of corporate/business law, with focus on mergers and acquisitions, contracts, projects, banking transactions and recovery of distressed companies, as well as in administrative litigation. He has served as a member of the Electric Power Subcommittee of the AMCHAM-Rio de Janeiro, chairman of the Infrastructure Committee of the Brazil-Europe Institute (IBE), member of the Business Law Council of the Commercial Association of Rio de Janeiro, councilor for corporate affairs of the American Association of Rio de Janeiro and adjunct professor of tax legislation at Rio de Janeiro Federal University (UFRJ). Antonio has specialized training from the Program of Instruction for Lawyers of Harvard University, Cambridge, USA (1994) and the IAG Master Program in Business Law at PUC-Rio (1995).

With a law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) Law School (1997), he was a member of Lobo & Ibeas Advogados as an intern and associate lawyer (1996-1999) and partner (2000-2009), general counsel of OSX Brasil S.A. (2010-2013) and partner with Stocche Forbes Advogados (2014-2017). Marcos works in the areas of infrastructure (with emphasis on the oil & gas and mining sectors) and corporate/business law (with focus on mergers and acquisitions, contracts and projects, banking transactions and recovery of companies). Marcos has a LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School (2003-2004) and worked as a foreign associate at Jones Day in Washington, D.C. and New York, USA (2004-2005).
